    New workouts each month! 5-day workout plan with weekly progressions (all workouts have video demos). These are the exact same workouts I do!

    5-day split for monthly workouts: 2 upper body, 2 lower body, and 1 optional cardio day.

    Track your progress. You can record weight, reps, rest time, notes & more!

  • The workouts are designed for 40-60 minutes per session.

  • You can drop 1 set in each workout that day to cut time down. 

  • If you are traveling, sick, or just unable to start Monday that is okay. You can pick the start day within the app. 

  • Trust me I get it, life happens! If you can’t make all 5 days drop the cardio day. If you can only do 3 days drop an upper body or leg day your choice. 

  • Yes, the biggest driver for weight loss is nutrition. Second priority is weight training to ensure you are focusing on fat loss rather than muscle loss. Daily movement helps further drive your calorie deficit but not required for results. If you don’t meet your step goal but consistent with workouts and nutrition, you will still see results. Focus on consistently, not perfection.
